Some older vhdl code ....

a VHDL package to read and write binary files (a zip file), e.g. in a ModelSim simulation.

• It contains procedures to
• read/write bytes,
• read/write groups of bytes in Little or Big Endian ordering and
• read/write complete binary files.

A small example testbench is included.
