Considering that it has been quite a long time ago that this toolbox code has been uploaded, the following zip-file will be needed to update the precompiled p-code files to Matlab R2011b,

•   R2011b Update (zip file)
  or to R2016b:
•   R2016b Update (zip file)

Scheduling Toolbox

•  Scheduling Toolbox for MATLAB v1.0 (zip-file)
